Community Coaches Classic (CCC) is a structured workshop series consisting of 10 comprehensive modules. Developed by experts in integration, education, and social work, CCC covers every essential topic that newcomers need to understand and navigate life in Germany successfully. The program is 100% community-based, meaning it is designed and delivered by trained community coaches — many of whom have personal migration experience — ensuring culturally sensitive, relatable, and practical learning.
