Empowering Migrants Through Knowledge & Community

Community Coaches is a registered non-profit organization based in Berlin, dedicated to supporting migrants, refugees, and newcomers in building successful lives in Germany. We bridge the gap between complex systems and the people who need to navigate them.

Our team of trained coaches — many of whom have gone through the integration journey themselves — provide culturally sensitive guidance in multiple languages, ensuring that no one is left behind due to language barriers or lack of information.

To provide free, high-quality coaching and workshops that equip migrants with the practical knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to navigate German systems independently.
